These terms are the rules for using the XintCard website. They are written to be read, not skimmed past: short sections, plain language, and no surprises. By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
This website explains XintCard. It does not open accounts, issue cards or take payments.
Simulations, live counters and scenarios are illustrations, not real transactions or guarantees.
No attacks, scanning, scraping or attempts to get around our security. We monitor and block abuse.
A XintCard account will have its own agreement, which you will see before you apply.
About these terms
These Terms of Use ("terms") apply to your use of the website at xintcard.com and its pages, including the contact page, the early-access page and our blog, Transmissions (together, the "website").
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms. Where a page has its own specific terms, those also apply to that page.
Who we are

What this website is, and is not
The website describes the XintCard encrypted smart debit card, the technology behind it and the fraud it is designed to stop. It is provided for general information.
- No accounts or payments. You cannot open a card account, apply for a card or make a payment through this website, and we will never ask you to.
- Not an offer. Nothing on the website is an offer, solicitation or commitment to provide a card, account or any financial product or service, in any country.
- Not advice. Nothing on the website is financial, legal, tax or security advice for your particular situation.
- Features may change. XintCard is in development. The features, security capabilities, availability, eligibility and pricing of any future product may change before launch and may differ by region.
Simulations, figures and illustrations
The website includes interactive demonstrations to explain how XintCard works, including the attack simulator, the live fraud counter, the real-time shield radar, the threat matrix and the financial lifeline scenarios.
- These are illustrations. They do not show real transactions, real customers or real accounts, and their outcomes are not a promise of how any product will perform in a particular case.
- Industry statistics are taken from the published third-party sources listed on the page where they appear. They were accurate to the best of our knowledge when published, but figures change, and we do not guarantee them.
- No security technology can rule out every form of fraud. Statements that XintCard "terminates" or "neutralizes" a type of fraud describe what the technology is designed to do, not a guarantee against all loss.
Early-access list
You can join our early-access list on the early-access page.
- Joining costs nothing and does not create an account, a contract for a card, or any obligation for you to apply.
- Joining does not guarantee that you will be offered a card, when, or on what terms. Availability will depend on your region, eligibility checks required by law (such as identity verification), and our launch plans.
- We may invite people in whatever order and batches we choose, and we may remove entries that are incomplete, duplicated, false or abusive.
- You can leave the list at any time by unsubscribing from any update email or by contacting us.
What you send us
When you send us a message, sign up for early access or otherwise submit information through the website:
- You confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.
- Do not send card numbers, security codes, PINs, passwords, one-time codes or identity documents. We do not need them and will never ask for them through this website.
- Do not send anything unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading or confidential to someone else, or anything that contains malware.
- If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, you agree that we may use them to improve our products and services without owing you anything. This does not give us ownership of your personal information, which we handle under our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
XintCard is a security company, and the website is actively monitored. When using it, you must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its dashboard, servers or data, or probe, scan or test its vulnerabilities, except as described in the next section.
- Attempt to bypass or defeat the verification code, rate limits, blocking or any other security measure.
- Submit automated, bulk or fake requests, or use the forms to send spam.
- Interfere with or disrupt the website, including by overloading it with traffic or introducing malware.
- Scrape, harvest or copy content or data in bulk by automated means, other than standard search-engine indexing that follows our robots.txt file.
- Impersonate XintCard or anyone else, or use the website to deceive people, including by creating look-alike pages or messages.
- Use the website in any way that breaks the law.
We log requests to protect the website, as described in our Privacy Policy. Traffic that matches attack patterns may be blocked automatically, and we may suspend access, keep records and report activity to the authorities where appropriate.
Reporting security issues
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the website, we want to hear from you. Please email hello@xintcard.com with the details and give us reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else.
While investigating, act in good faith. Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, do not disrupt the website for others, and stop as soon as you have confirmed the issue. More detail is on our Security page.
Intellectual property
The website and its content are owned by XintCard or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. That includes the text, graphics, interface design, animations, code, the XintCard name and logo, and the "nothing to steal" positioning.
- You may view the website and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- You may share links to any page, and quote short extracts from our blog with a link back to the original.
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish or commercially exploit any other part of the website, or use the XintCard name or logo, without our written permission.
Other names and logos mentioned on the website belong to their owners. Their mention does not mean they endorse us or that we are affiliated with them.
Links and third-party services
The website links to other websites, including our social-media profiles and the sources of the statistics we quote. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Some features rely on third-party services, such as web fonts. We choose these services carefully but cannot guarantee that they will always be available.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that its content will always be complete or up to date. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
We may also update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply from that point.

Where applicable law does not permit the complete exclusion of monetary liability but permits a contractual limitation, XintCard's aggregate liability for all claims arising solely from the free informational website shall not exceed US $100.
Exceptions and Statutory Rights

If you break these terms or the law in your use of the website, and that causes us loss or leads to a claim against us, you are responsible for that loss to the extent the law allows. This does not apply to ordinary use of the website as intended.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the website will be heard by the courts of King County jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, you also keep any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.
Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and informally.
General
- Severability. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
- Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms, for example as part of a reorganization or sale of our business. You may not transfer yours without our consent.
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any page-specific terms, are the whole agreement between you and us about the website.
